The Commerce pillar is centred on economic empowerment and development of the communities in need.
This can take on three forms:
Community project sustainability
Sustainability is at the core of each Manasseh project. We do not believe in handouts but rather in growth and development. As a part of each project, Manasseh explores the possibility to utilise commerce to cover the ongoing costs post project completion.
2. Commerce education
Education is the key to preventing poverty and to unleashing an individual and a community’s potential. Manasseh aims to develop an educational project targeted at business owners and leaders in the communities of need to empower them to not only battle the issues of today but to conquer tomorrow.
3. Direct investment and partnerships
Manasseh can leverage the skills and expertise as its disposal to partner with existing businesses and NGOs or investing directly into opportunities.
